Julie Keys has been teaching pregnancy and Baby classes in Lanarkshire since Jan 2012 providing relaxation, education and movement to aid pregnancy and birth and the chance to meet other mums to be from your area and have now been running for over a decade across Lanarkshire.

Julie Keys Bumps classes are all about birth confidence and well being. They work on physical and mental readiness for birth, an understanding of active birth and a time to relax with pregnant friends. The weekly antenatal classes are designed to suit all shapes and sizes, all fitness levels and flexibilities, and all birth journeys! Bumps classes are antenatal classes underpinned by movement (move to improve and rotate to dilate), to wire active birth principals into your sub conscious so that they simply play out on d-day!
Julie Keys Bumps classes are designed to help you feel in control during your labour and to recover quickly. Most of all it is designed to help you feel positive whatever turn your birth journey takes.
Julie Keys Bumps classes can support you from 14 weeks right up to your baby's birth! I believe in continuity of care when you need it most, supporting you on your journey as your baby grows with education, support and of course laughter too! Through our follow-on Tinies and Wrigglers classes and with the support of all our Mummy Community, We are with you every step of the way.
Julie Keys Bumps classes will help you to learn your antenatal education in a truly effective way - anchored to your breath, your body and your movement - exactly where you will need it on your baby's birthing day. Our unique use of gentle flowing moves, incorporating some of our trademark “Rotate to Dilate” and “Accelerator Pedal” birth-oriented positions will have you riding the waves of your labour with ease!

Pregnancy Pilates with Arleen Dingwall

Pilates is a gentle low impact form of exercise and as such, is considered one of the best forms of exercise for pregnant woman and New Mummies in post natal recovery. Exercises can be adapted at each stage of pregnancy to allow for gentler or more focused exercise. It not only helps maintain and improve the condition of both your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, but it will not place strain on the joints and back. It can even be adapted for women with pelvic girdle pain too.
